I was frustrated with my insurance company and was able to commiserate my frustration with the person answering the phone who was kind and funny and helpful and so professional. They were able to get me in during the times that I was available to do it without any problem at all they assured me they would help me With managing the insurance claim. The work was exemplary was done far faster than the three hour window that they had originally quoted. a pleasant experience all the way around. Hopefully, I will not have to use them frequently, but I will use them every time. I have an issue with a windshield and I will encourage anyone. I know to give your business to these people. It really had the vibe of a small town business and I like that. Prices absolutely comparable if not just a little bit cheaper than where my insurance company kept leading me to. Highly recommend.

Great price, quick service, excellent communication (Melissa is awesome!). I had a window leak that required the windshield to be replaced. They treated for rust under the old one which I'm happy about. Passenger seal looks good. Driver side seal is all screwed up. I'm not happy with this windshield. I spoke to one of the employees and he said it likely came from the window manufacturer that way. This slipped past the mfr quality control and A-1 which really shouldn't happen. It can't be fixed unless replacing the windshield again since it's a part of the window. I spoke to Melissa and she took care of all my concerns so all I have to do now is wait 14 days for the urethane to cure and then schedule a time for replacement. I'll bump the update to 5 star if that works out... UPDATE: Replacement window was much better. The Eugene branch took good care of me. The Old window was made by Fuyao while the new window was made by Trival. It's physically better in every way. If you have a gmt400 truck, ask for the Trival brand.

Excellent customer service! They have done three windshields for my family. All were done quickly and with excellent craftsmanship. Only ever had one small problem with a window seal coming loose and they fixed it on the spot, no questions asked. That’s the kind of service that all businesses should have.
