These people are horrible. They forgot multiple appointments , insist on coming to my place on Saturdays. Left , vehicle was not running . Never fixed the issue and still invoiced me. They showed up first appointment and left due to a snake (grown man couldn’t figure out how to scare a snake away and I have never seen a snake on my property) several no appointments of waiting , no communication and no show. I asked for a refund three times and they ignore it . Then they have the nerve to send a 3rd invoice when the gator still wasn’t running. They are nothing but a pain to deal with and have not made it right.

needed belt installed and the tech they sent did a fast repair and had me mowing again. second time needed a new belt the tech they sent told me he had a bad back and could only diagnose the problem and the company would send me an estimate. several days later i received an estimate which was more than i was willing to pay. today 9-22 i received a call wanting to know if i wanted the mower fixed. I told them i did not want to spend that much on the mower and was told the quote included $111 for diagnostics but they would give me a 20 min labor discount. I feel that I had scheduled a repair and they sent a tech that could not physically perform the job and I am expected to pay $99 dollars to learn i needed a new belt which I already knew when I called for service. I have no problem for paying for a service call but I don't like paying for someone to look at a problem I already knew I had and expect me to pay for it especially when they could not repair it. Will never use them again or recommend them to others.
