Do not recommend this company. They installed a new system for us and it stopped working after 6 months. So they came out and installed another new one, and it stopped working again after 6 months. I called to have them come out again and they said they’d find my file and call me back. After a week no one had called back, so my partner called them. They told him that since it had been a year since the first installation, it wouldn’t be covered under warranty, even though our current system was only 6 months old. So we asked for a price and estimate and they said they’d figure it out and call us back. Another couple weeks has gone by and no one has called us. We will definitely be going with another company.

I’m writing this review because we’re having issues for the second time after they’ve installed the garage door. The first time, the hinges came clean off after a few weeks. The screws that fell off popped a tire of my car. They RELUCTANTLY came to fix it. The older guy that came was in a mood. This time, the garage door makes loud screeching noises despite applying lubrication and the panel is loose. I am amazed at how fast the garage door deteriorated after the service. And because of the attitude they had last time, we will not be calling these guys… Would not recommend. I’m sure others have had positive experiences with them but I’m not taking any chances with them anymore. Disappointed.

Very knowledgeable, fair & punctual. He fixed all of my garage issues quickly. Update: Since Don's retirement, others in the family have taken over. They are just as honest & reliable. We'll eventually be replacing our garage door within the next year, and will definitely go through this company.

My mom used Don's services last year and had a great experience, so we called Don when our garage door wasn't opening properly. He quickly diagnosed that the opener needed replacing, and also pointed out that the side weather stripping and bottom retainer also needed replacing. We had him complete all the work for us and we couldn't be happier. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided great information. We will be recommending him to anyone who needs garage services, and will also be contacting him for any other garage services we need.
