A-1 Overhead Door Systems

A-1 is always super fast to respond and to get my garage door back and working. They went above and beyond in my first experience with them to make sure I had at least a temporary fix until the correct parts came in. I called on them again when one of the springs snapped (not involved in the first fix!) And my door was back up and running in just a couple of days. Everyone was super efficient and very polite and amicable to work with and Chuck was great about amending a work time when it wouldn't work for my household!

The people who answer the phone are pleasant and easy to talk to. After a short discussion I was sent via email a sheet with options and prices. I appreciated that. In follow up they helped me make a good decision. I had them replace my garage door opener. Install was quick and easy. There have been no problems so far. Really, it couldn't have gone better.

Integrity, professionalism, skill, and experience, this company has them all. I especially appreciated that when Paul arrived, he examined the door again and changed a few things based on his assessment. For example, I ordered new weatherstripping but he recommended I leave it because it was still in good shape. Then he found a broken wheel I didn't know about and he replaced it.
