Extremely poor service. They kept lying every time and still haven’t delivered my order. I even called yesterday and stressed how important it was to deliver today, yet no action was taken and the delivery never happened.

I sat on hold for at least 30 minutes on the phone, multiple times someone obviously picked it up and then clicked it right back to hold without speaking with me. And then the call was disconnected and I started over. I have still not been able to speak with anyone.

AAA screwed me over last summer by making me wait for 4 hours before I called a different towing company. Then I had a problem last week. Not only did they want more money to renew my membership. But the wanted to charge me an extra $60. Never again
