Colbie RichardsonThe company is mediocre, at best. We have been with them for about 3 years because the techs do a pretty good job, and the service is convenient. However, the office is a mess and calls to reschedule visits constantly, does not read notes on your account, and their customer service skills are nil. I won’t go into details, but the office staff, in general, are just “not good.” One particular tech, Xavier is amazing and is probably the reason we will continue to stay with AAA. He is polite, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and on point.

We've had Buddy service us, as well. He, too, was great. The only concerns we have had stem from the office. Communication is not the highest priority. Eliott WahbaDO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Terrible service from start to finish. They charged me just to inspect my apartment, missed several areas, and only treated one section. I had to call them back multiple times because the termites were still present. Each time, they “discovered” new spots, ones they clearly missed during the initial inspection, and tried to charge me again for treating them. On top of that, their staff is rude and unhelpful on the phone. It’s clear they do a poor job checking your place just to charge you more later. Completely unprofessional and a waste of money. Avoid at all costs.
