Tia was supposed to help with setting up a vacation to Hawaii in August for my husband and myself 2 weeks ago. I also emailed inquiring about help with navigating the website and she ghosted us. No response whatsoever. I would expect much better service with my membership. We are now not going due to high cost of seats for the airlines.
Do NOT every use Cecilia Campbell to book any trip for you. We tried 3 years ago with a trip to Europe and after several emails, she stopped responding to us. I planned the trip myself. My mother (loves AAA) reached out to her again against my judgement. She didn't book the cruise right to allow monthly payments. We tried for months to get airline tickets booked and she wouldn't respond to calls or messages. When she finally called and had NCL book the flights she misspelled my name and the name of my son which cost us more to rebook. RUN. Have the cruise line hosts book do NOT use AAA or Cecilia.
Run as fast as you can from using the table portion of this aaa. Once our cruise was booked. The agent abandoned us. We met in person to discuss excursions she was going to book. Nothing. North. Had to do it ourself. Literally just logged in and booked cruise. Could have done that myself Service was non existent as was any communication for almost a year in planning. Buyer be ware.
