Shocking service. Everything out of stock /not available. They eventually got the bosch item I wanted but it turned up a day later than promised. Currently at the shop as the guy is "on his way" whatever that means! If you want custom service avoid this place

Been ordering tools online, First time visiting Mussafah branch to buy tools. Kumar had been a lot of help and very accommodating in answering my queries and assisting me. In the end bought more than I came for 😁, but I'm happy. Will be back soon.

Poor service and totally untrustworthy Business firm I bought a Dewalt Safety Shoes from  Musafa, Abu Dhabi.When I purchased the shoes, it was promised that the product would be replaced if there comes any damage within the first six months after the purchase.Unfortunately, the shoes became out of use because of the unexpected damage it would be replaced as I was promised.I approached your dealer 3 weeks ago with the proof of purchase and returned the product and they have been saying nothing, but utterly lame excuses.Their excuses are extremely strange and I have never heard such justifications. "unless the box is returned,replacement is not possible". How illogical the excuse is! Fortunately I could return the box since it hadn't been thrown away.Then they changed their stand and told me that it can only be got repaired instead of replacement and they put forwarded a hilarious excuse that the shoes was found used overly. I am sure that I bought a safety shoes to wear in a construction site.Yes, they are right that there would be no problems if the shoes were kept in an an almirah.For me, it is not possible, because I bought the shoes to wear it.

The shop and team is really good, and prices are very good. Nice and flexible too as we bought goods in Abu Dhabi but was able to collect in Dubai.
