Quick service was provided for my faulty DeWalt product. It took them only 1 day to service it under warranty. The front office staff was very supportive and provided timely updates about the status over the phone. I highly recommend them.

My black and decker oven stopped working, so I called here because it was still under warranty. I took my original receipt with me. The guy at the counter was very helpful. After completing all the paperwork, I was told they would call me in the next few days. Once I received a call, I picked up my item. It’s working perfectly fine now. Thanks to all the team members.

One of the staff working here is extremely rude and grumpy. As soon as I entered the office, he complained that I hadn't brought the document, so I came back with the documents, but the unkind attitude didn’t stop. He nodded his head for all the situations instead of saying any word. Plus, I was in trouble because I didn't know this store only accepts cash, and his annoyance even got worse. It was a really embarrassing experience, as if he were telling me not to come back again anytime. I didn't do anything wrong. Please provide good customer service.

Poor services. The staff is very incompetent and unprofessional (Shaikhar). We need to keep tracking about the status of our machine as they don't even bother to update. The attitude of the person is like he dont care which definitely make me think to buy any product from black and deck agai.
