I’m posting this from another account because students are often asked to delete negative reviews, and I don’t feel safe using my main account. This is my honest personal experience. The management seems to focus only on collecting money. My family was going through a financial crisis, yet we still arranged everything and somehow managed to pay the university fees before the deadline. We took a lot of effort to make the payment on time. But even after paying, I kept receiving emails saying the fees were still pending. If we paid everything before the deadline, why are these messages still coming? What exactly is happening with our payment? The academic side is equally frustrating. Semester 2 results were announced and then suddenly cancelled. Now even Semester 1 results have disappeared from the portal. There is no clear communication or explanation from the management about why this is happening or when it will be fixed. Their scheduling is also completely unorganized. We were given only 5–6 days of study leave before our FR exam, while regular ACCA students get more time. This shows a lack of planning and concern for students’ preparation. I have personally seen management and coordinators asking students to post 5-star reviews. Many classmates were told directly to write positive reviews, even if they weren’t happy. That’s why so many reviews seem fake. And whenever someone posts a negative review, they immediately ask the person to delete it. If everything is truly good, why are they afraid of honest feedback? This review is based completely on my personal experience, and I hope it helps future students understand the reality before joining.

Lakshya – Unethical, Money-Minded & Zero Transparency I paid ₹25,000 in advance for my son’s college tuition in Calicut Lakshya. Due to personal reasons, he could not join and never attended even a single day. Despite this, Lakshya flatly refused to refund the amount. At registration, no one informed us that the advance was non-refundable. Only when we asked for a refund did the front office and customer care keep repeating one line – “Refund is not possible.” They refused to provide the manager’s contact and insisted all complaints be submitted only to the front office. The shocking part? When I checked , their course is already full with no vacant seats, so they suffered no financial loss due to our cancellation. This is nothing but pure greed and unethical practice. After checking Google reviews, I found hundreds of similar complaints from parents who lost their hard-earned money this way. Many remain silent because they don’t know how to fight back. Parents, beware before trusting Lakshya with your money. I am prepared to escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities for recovery of the amount.
