I’m posting this from another account because students are often asked to delete negative reviews, and I don’t feel safe using my main account. This is my honest personal experience. The management seems to focus only on collecting money. My family was going through a financial crisis, yet we still arranged everything and somehow managed to pay the university fees before the deadline. We took a lot of effort to make the payment on time. But even after paying, I kept receiving emails saying the fees were still pending. If we paid everything before the deadline, why are these messages still coming? What exactly is happening with our payment? The academic side is equally frustrating. Semester 2 results were announced and then suddenly cancelled. Now even Semester 1 results have disappeared from the portal. There is no clear communication or explanation from the management about why this is happening or when it will be fixed. Their scheduling is also completely unorganized. We were given only 5–6 days of study leave before our FR exam, while regular ACCA students get more time. This shows a lack of planning and concern for students’ preparation. I have personally seen management and coordinators asking students to post 5-star reviews. Many classmates were told directly to write positive reviews, even if they weren’t happy. That’s why so many reviews seem fake. And whenever someone posts a negative review, they immediately ask the person to delete it. If everything is truly good, why are they afraid of honest feedback? This review is based completely on my personal experience, and I hope it helps future students understand the reality before joining.
