This is the second time I've had Kim's expert service. She was my realtor for the purchase of my first home years ago and she had facilitated a stress free experience for me. Now I've had that same home sold with Kim while she helped me and my fiancee purchase a bigger dream home! For the purchase side, she thoroughly reviewed documents and summarized many note worthy points for us to easily digest. Any questions we had, she would reply back, in some cases almost immediately. The timeline for the purchase was well facilitated by her. Zero stress. For the selling side, Kim always aimed to create an outcome where everyone comes out happy from the deal. She quickly got dialed in to what we were looking for and our budget and turning that into specific available properties which was so important as we were new to the area we were looking in so had no neighbourhood knowledge. When we were viewing properties, she was absolutely brilliant at asking the selling realtor all the important questions and it felt like we had someone truly advocating for us. During the offer process, she was a wealth of support and truly showed her knowledge of the market, ultimately helping us to secure our home for a much better price than we could have done on our own through professional but persistent negotiation.
