I want to commend Sheila and Daniel. Sheila did excellent administrative work & Daniel did our estimate. I was very stressed about the move and had zero confidence in the other company that I had contacted. I took a chance calling All Points when I received the postcard in the mail. I'm so glad I did. Not only was Sheila great to work with, Daniel was as well. He is well informed and efficient with the process of estimating for the move. His experience is evident and reassuring. He communicates well with an ease as if he was a good neighbor. He was able to understand what we need and anticipate things I had not thought of. He made gave me his assurance that I could rely on him if necessary. The movers will show up in a few weeks. I will update the review when the job is complete. So far, my moving stress has dropped to zero.
The crew that came the first day and worked partially in the rain were good, but they ran out of steam around midnight with still more to do they packed up and left. The dispatcher got back to me the next morning and when I explained that the guys the day before didn’t finish he came with just one other guy, loaded everything left and had us unloaded at the new place in less than 5 hours total. And these two guys totally out worked the crew of four. Johnathan you are my hero, and I will definitely call All Points again for a move.
All Points of Texas moved us from our home in Tomball, TX to our new home in Littleton, CO in 2024-2025. We received very professional service from start-to-finish. Our belongings all arrived in good condition with very few minor damages. They unloaded our belongings on SuperBowl Sunday, after a fairly significant snow storm the day before, and had us in our home by that evening. We highly recommend All Points of Texas.
