Riverside is the perfect blend of what a renovation company should be: small enough to feel exceptionally personal but with years of experience to ensure your project is top-notch no matter the scale. My husband and I worked with Riverside to renovate our main floor in a side-split home from the 1970s. From the start their communication was clear and prompt. Their online software program gave us the ability to see the entire contract at any time (with live updates from their end) and the ability to make/approve changes. Demolition started on time; ALL their subcontractors (flooring, drywall, electrical, plumbing, painting, tiling) were professional and excelled in their various fields; they coordinated with Casey’s Creative Kitchens for the kitchen cabinetry design & installation; along the way some small issues were discovered (to be expected) and the crew ensured everything was fixed appropriately. The entire project was completed in roughly 6.5 weeks. My husband and I lived upstairs during the whole renovation...and I was 8 months pregnant! Above all, every single Riverside employee and subcontractor was professional and respectful. They ensured our home was always free of any personal garbage and kept as clean as possible. Dave, Simon, Nate, Joey, Carter, Richard and Greg (and to anyone else involved behind the scenes that we did not have the pleasure of meeting), we are beyond thankful for your commitment to excellence. We were very happy with our experience with Riverside Construction from start to finish. Everyone was very professional, Joey was great at keeping us up to date with what happened during the day. Richard kept us up to date with any changes and Dave always went above and beyond to help us with any issues. They took my fireplace vision and made it happen exactly as I wanted. Riverside Construction did a full renovation of our main level and basement, including removing walls and adding beams for an open-concept layout. Riverside handled everything — including the structural work — with professionalism and care. We were so impressed with the quality of work and how they stayed on schedule throughout such a big project. The finished space is stunning, and we couldn’t be happier!
