We required grading around our home and enlisted Abalon Construction. Not only did they grade the property, they landscaped the areas they worked on so we weren’t left with piles of dirt (like some of the other quotes we received for the same price). Nate was great to work with. Having a background in landscaping, he was able to advise us on plant selections. He was accessible and always responded quickly to our queries. Pavlo and Yevhen who did the manual labour were very hardworking and professional and willing to make any adjustments as needed. We would highly recommend Abalon!

Had a crack under a basement window which was leaking water during the spring melt fixed by them. Price, service, and communication was all solid. I even raised a concern about the landscaping post-repair. They sent a Top Up Crew (Marcos and Everardo) to clean it up and we were really happy with the finished product. Maybe everything took a little longer to complete than I would like, but one must have reasonable expectations as I booked them in the busy season and the ground needed time to settle before completing the top up. Overall, very happy I chose them.

My house had crumbling areas in the foundation that would leak water into the basement after any heavy rains. Abalon provided a competitive estimate with a few options to chose from for repairs. Vlad came out and did an amazing job. Within four days, he had removed the patio cement, hand dug to the bottom of the foundation, made the repair and had the patio cleaned up nicely. His work area was neat and cleaned up every evening before he left. The whole patio area and grass were covered with boards to ensure there was no soil directly on the patio pad or lawn. He even covered the soil piles when there was rain in the forecast. The repairs were complete and another employee came out to inspect and discuss next steps for settling and cement replacement. I was really impressed with Vlad and the entire staff that I dealt with. I would definitely use them again.
