Kim StelmacovichDr. David Polson, the founder of this clinic, took care of our pets for almost 25 years and was simply the best. Evidence based, compassionate, and trustworthy beyond measure. Since his retirement we’ve been seen by a mix of the remaining vets and been hugely disappointed. Their bedside manner focuses on fear tactics and personal anecdotes -not evidence. Our cat’s recent heart murmur was described as a “widow maker” before any testing was done. Dr. C repeated a story 3 times in one appointment about a personal friend whose 3 year old cat had a heart murmur and died in his arms- to impress upon us the seriousness of the murmur when we’d already consented to see cardiology. We saw cardiology yesterday for an ultrasound and our cat’s heart is normal. All that fear and anxiety for nothing. Couldn’t be more disappointed and couldn’t miss Dr. Polson’s bedside approach more. Would no longer recommend this practice.
MichelleIncredible, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable team overall. My family has been seeing Chris (Dr. Catena) since around 2007. 17 years, 3 dogs and 3 cats later, he is still our go to choice. The vet techs are amazing here as well. Always so kind and so happy to see our pets when we bring them in. They are very capable at handling and caring for the animals they meet. I trust my pets’ health in the team’s hands here wholeheartedly.
