Our shower water kept fluctuating in temperature and Ryan from Superior Plumbing and Heating came out to help me (all the way in Ottawa). He was so kind and had great customer service skills! He replaced the mixing valve and tested both hot and cold flow and now (thankfully) the water stays perfectly balanced! Would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone! Thank you again!

We had a clogged drain and called these guys. They said to unclog the drain would cost $850.00 when they showed up, we said no thank you and we still had to pay $140.00 We called Bubby's Plumbing and they came and unclogged the drain and our bill was $220.00 I have no idea how Superior can charge absolutely outrageous prices and rip people off like that. So call Bubby's Plumbing before these guys and save a ton of money.

Before I get into what happened with Superior Plumbing I will say I was referred to another plumbing business located in Windsor first. The person there did not want to drive out to the area that I live and as a result he almost apologized that the cost would be $350.00 to correct the problem that I had if he did. My problem was a simple clogged drain that I had not been able to correct. I then found Superior Plumbing on line so then gave them a call. I was told that if they came out to my home there would be an automatic $149.00 charge to assess the problem whether we decided to go with any actual work or not. Thinking that it would be a simple quick job I thought it would likely not amount to any more than the first quote I was given so I had them come out. When the employee arrived I was told that there were three tiers of service. First was the use of an eel, secondly the use of a camera and thirdly replacement of the pipes. I wondered why we were talking about pipe replacement when all we were dealing with was a simple clogged drain. Anyway I was told that the lowest level of service of running the eel through the pipes would cost $700.00. I knew that was all that would be needed but now we are already up to $850.00 for about ½ hours work. I then paid the $149.00 and told the employee I would not be in need of their services. The next day I found a company closer to me that knew exactly what needed to be done without a consultation fee that was very professional that only charged me $200.00 for a very satisfactory outcome.
