Poor Quality Tiles and Terrible Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience with ABC EMPORIUM The tiles I received were of extremely poor quality—many were chipped, uneven, and not as advertised. To make things worse, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. When I reached out for a replacement or refund, they kept giving me the runaround and refused to take responsibility. The delivery was also delayed, and when the order finally arrived, it was incomplete. I had to spend extra money and time to fix the issues myself. I would not recommend buying from them
