I have been with ABC pest control Inc., since January 2022. At first I struggled with this company. They would have a different person come out to treat my lawn very often. My new lawn was ruined. I kept calling and emailing the supervisor Eric about my issues, he would come out, make promises but still there would be no change. I was just about to switch companies until Zack came along. My grass was doing 100% better than ever before. But after being promised that I will have Zach from now on, that wasn't the case. My grass went from better to worse. I spoke to the Manager David and he was pretty rude. No customer service training whatsoever. We have decided to move on. Update!! It's been almost a couple of months since I left ABC pest control, my grass has never looked so good!! I have been treating it myself with Milorganite and it's amazing!! All I have to do is treat it 4 times a year!! I was with this company for 3 years and they could never get my grass looking right. Thank God I figured it out. I will never do it again!!

David was extremely knowledgeable and careful working through my interior space. He was also very polite and easy to work with! Highly recommend working with ABC and their technicians and 10/10 would recommend their service to friends and family !

Both the salesman Bobby, and Neil who came out to do the service were not only professional, they were knowledgeable and very personable also. The same goes for Kelly in the office. We are so glad we went with ABC over other companies we contacted. Best news, no bugs!

I am so tired of being harassed by this company. In Oct 2024 as I was preparing to sell my home, I had the house treated for both drywood and subterranean termites. On the quote included a monthly warranty for the stt. I told Bobby I was selling the house and asked if it was able to be cancelled if the buyers did not want to extend it. Via text message, that I STILL HAVE, he clearly stated that if the buyers did not choose to keep it, the monthly amount could be cancelled. I sold in late December and cancelled in January. They continue to call me, claiming I owe for the ENTIRE YEAR (over $300) and send me threatening emails constantly. I've explained it over and over to no avail. Nor have the asked to see the actual text messages. I am getting so tired of the harassment. I'm getting ready to report them to the BBB. (Prior to this, I used to RECOMMEND them. I've used them for my parents house and mine in the past...I cannot believe they have become THIS).
