Very efficient in their work, things are done fast and digitally, which is great if you are outside of the UAE. Having them has made the process fast and easy, allowing me to stay away from admin and bureaucracy. Only detail I would adjust is that its important to understand the end-to-end price of the process early on as some extra expenses came up during the process (fast tracks, extras, etc). Extra costs can come a little unexpected and its good to be able to plan a budget ahead. Overall Im super happy and satisfied having worked with the Xact team.
