Came across this studio while traveling around Portugal. I booked the dynamic yoga class and had no idea it was sort of an Ashtanga Led class which I absolutely loved! Sissi was of great help to me and everyone who was attending the class. Liked the place so much I went back during my trip for a second class. Definitely recommend, lucky those who live in Lisbon and get to attend regularly! Thank you so much :) No need to bring anything, they provide manduka yoga mata which is also great!

Dynamic Yoga ( LED Ashtanga Class ) I wasn‘t expecting an Ashtanga Class but it was just perfect. The teacher was supporting each student and really put much attention on the asana practice and did great Adjustments. I will come back soon!! Namaste❤️

Great yoga studio! The space is beautiful and spacious. Special thanks to the instructor — in just one class, I picked up more insights about poses than in six months of attending yoga elsewhere. Highly recommended!

한국인 리뷰는 처음인가요?😊 여행중 숙소 근처 요가스튜디오 검색해서 예약후 다이나믹요가(아쉬탕가 레드를 쉽게)수업을 들었어요. 선생님의 편안한 수업 리드, 핸즈온도 섬세하게 해 주셔서 좋았습니다. 요가원에 만두카 매트 구비되어있었고 영어, 포르투칼어 못하지만 산스크리트어로 큐잉주셔서 수련 잘 할 수 있었어요^^ 스케쥴이 가능했다면 한번 더 왔을텐데... 아쉽습니다ㅠ 내일 포르투로 넘어가는데 아쉬탕가 요가원 추천해주셔서 거기도 가려구요! 여행중 피로는 요가로 풀어요😍 OM SHANTI 🕉
