Liang Heng$25 per person for a dish + lemonade per person, everything tasted great. Sweet and salty flavors. Salad was fresh, rice was sweet/salty, meat was savory, onion sauce was sweet. Id come back, albeit on the higher cost side.
An Abecame into the store looking for a latte. the ambiance of the café itself was quiet, pleasant, and clean. ordered a black morrocan coffee to go (no latte option which is absolutely fine by me), and walked outside while enjoying the views of the SF skyline just right across the street. nothing too fancy but a very pleasant drink and experience. it had a very sweet taste and didn't need any sugar or sweetener. Will be coming back and recommending this establishment to friends.
Obas Media (Ede O)I wasn’t too sure what to expect when I walked in. It was very quiet and didn’t get much of a greeting from the staff up front. But we tried the chicken plate, eggplant salad, hummus and lentil soup. Wow! The food tasted so authentic and absolutely delicious! The onion sauce went well with the grilled chicken and rice. The eggplant salad had beets, and a taste of other side dishes with it and cooked very well. The hummus was one of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely a hidden gem in alameda!
