Childhood injuries to my mouth gave me a complex when it comes to dentistry, but I've had a bad tooth slowly getting worse for over a year now, along with impacted wisdom. But after leaving this office having 3 teeth pulled, I can recommend them to anyone needing work done. Whole process went smooth, procedure was minimal pain, they kept me comfortable and calm. Rolinda DiamondEven after I had stated and the beginning of my appointment that I am happy with my smile and have no complaints or pain, the hygienist proceeded to criticize my teeth and suggested meeting with an ortho for braces. She also did several exercises trying to see if I felt pain anywhere, one which included her taking a tool and hammering it against my teeth! Even after I said no I don’t feel any pain. The dental assistant and front desk are great and very nice to work with BUT their actual dentist/hygienist could use some schooling or a reminder on how to treat people. I felt like I was talking to a car sales person who got annoyed that I didn’t want the car and started to get rude….not sure if they make commission but definitely felt like that type of environment.
