This was our second visit, and it went much better than the first. The first time, we waited an hour and a half without being seen and ended up leaving. This time, the wait was much shorter, and we were seen promptly. The staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, which we appreciated. My main concern is the cleanliness of the treatment area. The floors and chairs in the exam rooms were dirty, which is unsettling in a medical setting. It makes you wonder—if the visible areas aren’t being cleaned, how well is the equipment being sanitized? A deep cleaning is definitely needed to maintain a professional and safe environment.

I had an amazing experience at Adventure Dental and orthodontics office! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The doctors took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. It’s rare to find a place where every team member goes out of their way to make you feel supported, but this office definitely delivered. Prior to visiting, the person I spoke with over the phone was very patient while I searched for my insurance information and was able to get my child in right away. The staff was professional and made my child feel welcome and excited to come back.
