We were so excited to support local when we bought cutlery at Above & Beyond, but we are beyond disappointed. The first time we used them, we washed them in the dishwasher and they came out speckled with rust. For brand new cutlery that is supposed to be Above & Beyond we were shocked. The store has refused to refund, stating that it is normal for stainless steel to rust like this.

We love to shopping here. You can find all the premium and high quality products here. We found special gifts for our tenants and ourself that can not find anywhere else. Highly recommend if you looking for place to shop for the quality products.

Above and Beyond, goes above and beyond. I have been shopping here for 2 years now, and never cease to be amazed at the service. I usually deal with Tammy, or Liz and cannot thank them enough for everything they do for me. With my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of having both ladies helping me. When I told them I was only looking, because I could not afford to buy that day, and just needed some ideas from their incredible set ups, Liz immediately took action, lol. I showed her pictures of the old farmhouse my husband and I have renovated, and said I just wanted to be able to buy all the stuff in her store, her immediate response was "WHY" you don't need to spend a dime in here. Liz, and Tammy then spent the next hour and a half giving me ideas with the items we had set up in my pictures. Just rearrange the beautiful pieces you have they said. To me, that meant everything. I do not have alot of money to afford some of those beautiful pieces in their store, but I felt like the richest woman when I left. Liz also made me aware they have a layaway plan if I cannot afford something at that time. (oh boy, lol) Anyhow, the point of this review is to tell these two beautiful ladies, Thank you..... Thank you both for making me feel special.

Went in on Saturday. Was excited to see that you had Mason Cash bakeware. When I touched one, I was approached as though I was going to steal it. However, I just walked away instead of complaining. I was going to buy one in honor of my deceased mother. Then my girlfriend was going to buy an expensive snow globe as a Christmas gift for her mother but was treated as an afterthought. I work in customer service, but I need to tell you that customer service at your shop is incredibly bad. You should never judge people by appearance. I know when it's busy, it's harder to be polite but we have to always try to be kind. Perhaps the over $250 we were going to spend means nothing to you. I don't know. I do know that I won't be returning.
