We recently had a rather large project completed by Above Construction and are so very pleased with the end result. There were many factors that went into the design and build and Mr Vergadis managed to coordinate the whole project with professionalism and dedication to detail. As with any endeavour such as this there are many glitches and hurdles to overcome and these complications and delays due to supply chain, etc. were taken in stride and calmly dealt with. All the various companies that were required to complete the project were crewed by friendly, courteous and dedicated workers. Many times Mr. Vergadis went above and beyond to ensure that everything including smaller aesthetics was done in a satisfactory manner.

We can't say enough to express how delighted we are to have had Mr. Vergadis take on our project. He has built two sheds in our yard that are not only solid structures but are a testament to his artistic and creative abilities as well as his attention to detail and quality. Flaviano was always happy to answer any questions we had and any suggestions he made were always helpful. He is diligent, dedicated and consistent in his professionalism. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Above Construction - Exceptional Craftsmanship and Communication Over the last few years we have worked with Above Construction for renovations on our home, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and their communication throughout the project was top-notch. The team was clean, organized, and extremely professional from start to finish. They completed a new deck, worked around newly installed bedroom wall sliding doors, added siding to the house, and fully finished our basement. The work was done with such precision that all we had left to do was furnish the basement! Everything was done meticulously, and the results are better than we could have imagined. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in every detail. Since the projects have been completed we have seen them in the neighbourhood, and it feels like seeing an old friend .
