ABR Construction, Inc.

I've worked with ABR Construction many times and always had good experiences. They do preventative maintenance and repairs to damaged roof systems on commercial and residential buildings that I manage. They are always quick to respond and to fix whatever problem we're having. They are also great at documenting the progress of their work so you can see where the issue was, what repairs were made, and the finished product.

We can't say enough good things about ABR Construction. From our first meeting with Mike Wheeler and Dave McKibben to the final warranty meeting, we were 100% pleased. Our building has several businesses in it, so the team did most of the demolition before and after business hours. They also did a lot of the installation during non-business hours. They even brought their own port-a-potty so the men didn't have to enter the building. We would recommend this company to anyone who wants excellent service at a reasonable price.

At Community Management Associates, we manage townhouses, condominiums, and HOA's. We are in constant need of great vendors to work with at our Associations. We have had an on-going relationship with ABR Roofing, and they are one of our preferred vendors.
