Extremely Dissatisfied – Poor Communication and Mishandling of funds My experience with Brace Law Professional Corporation was frustrating and disappointing. What should have been a simple transaction was mishandled from the start, largely due to their lack of communication and failure to follow instructions. They took action on my file without my approval, which created unnecessary complications and left me in a bind. At no point were expectations clearly set, and I had to take it upon myself to find solutions to correct their errors. Even after I went out of my way to get the cheque to them and resolve the issue, they failed to follow through on their end. The funds were not deposited as agreed, and I received no notice after the cheque was collected—despite clearly stating I was relying on those funds. Their silence left me stranded. This was a straightforward matter that became a headache because of their complacency and lack of professionalism. Worse still, their fees aren’t even competitive. I would not recommend Brace Law to anyone expecting basic customer service, clear communication, or accountability. I won’t be returning. Issue was rectified by the next day however I will not be repeating with them.
