My house had serious hail damage and the roofing company responded quickly. Cesar was fantastic—besides his excellent customer service, he managed the whole job from start to finish, including a new roof, skylights, windows, and gutters. It was a big project, but he worked directly with my insurance and made sure everything was taken care of. The entire crew did a great job, but I want to give a special mention to Austin for his skill and attention to detail with the windows. The work was finished fast and my new windows look great. I’m very happy with the quality. 5 stars!

I recently had my roof replaced in Richmond. Before the job started, Cesar and Austin in the office took care of all the permits and made sure the roofing materials were delivered on time. Cesar kept me updated on everything. When the roofing crew arrived, the foreman introduced everyone and they got right to work, moving anything that could get damaged and laying out tarps to protect the area from debris. The team worked really well together, almost like they could read each other’s minds. By the afternoon, the old roof was gone, all the debris was cleaned up, and the new vapor barrier was in place. The next day, as soon as the shingles arrived, they started installing them right away. By the end of the day, my new roof was finished, and everything was put back to how it was with no mess left behind. This was my second project with this roofing company, and it’s always a pleasure to use their services. I wish I could give more than five stars. I also called about some storm damage to my roof, and they sent someone out the very next morning, even though it was raining and windy. The repair was done in about three hours and everything looks great. Their customer service is top-notch. Five stars!
