I don’t usually take the time to write reviews (which I really need to do more often, both for great companies and those that fall short), but I felt compelled to share my experience with Smart Digital. When I first signed up, things started out strong, and I was optimistic about the results they promised. However, after the first few months, I noticed no real improvement or benefit to my campaign. Despite their initial assurances, the company consistently over-promised and under-delivered on every aspect of the service. When I decided to cancel my account, I was met with unprofessional behavior. Natasha started calling me, and instead of addressing my concerns, she insisted on bringing in the owner, Cedrick. During our conversations, she was dismissive, didn’t listen to my feedback, and even made claims about what Smart Digital was supposedly doing for my campaign. As someone new to digital marketing, I wish they had been more empathetic and helpful. Instead, I ended up spending far too much money with no noticeable results or increased traffic to my site. Unfortunately, my experience with Smart Digital was frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend them, especially to small business owners who are looking for honest guidance and tangible results.
