I would strongly advise using a different company. I asked how much a quote was, and I was told that they do not do diagnostic fees. They charge by the hour(130$). They failed to explain that when the driver leaves his previous job your clock starts! So for instance… it took 30 minutes for the ac tech to leave his previous house and get to my house, that’s already a 65$ bill! Then they charge you for the time that it take the tech to write up The invoice. BUYER BEWARE, nothing was changed or fixed… but it was still a 300 bill VS multiple companies that would of offered the same diagnostic repair for 140-160. Save yourself some money and use a different company!!

We became dissatisfied with our AC contractor. We have a rather complicated LG system. I chose Atlantis because they had experience with these units. This I know. After hiring them I found out this, 1. The office and administrative staff communicate very well. 2. The technicians are all very qualified, knowledgeable, well mannered professionals. 3. The response time is outstanding. 4.You can trust that your issues will be or can be resolved. 5.Costs are very competitive. We have been with them now for several years. Our contentment has led them to be one of our most widely used AC contractors, in a rather large institution. I appreciate all the work Nick and the front office staff do for us, as they've shown commitment to our facilities. Of course I can't say enough good things about the qualified professional technicians that work so hard for us, Wesley, George and the others.

I count on Atlantis and they have never failed me. Day or nite, they come out, do what needs to be done and the charges are reasonable. They explain what issues are causing the problem. I have recently had a problem with replacement parts holding up. Not sure what that is all about.
