I don’t leave bad reviews, but this is the exception. My roof was services a few years ago and unfortunately they replaced my roof on rotten wood. I’ve since gotten other estimates and every company says that I the work done was unsatisfactory. No one from certified roofing told me and they didn’t offer to fix it. Now my soffits are rotting. In addition to that, my services were not completed on time. It took over 6 months. On average, it took me weeks to get a response on any questions or request I had. It just wasn’t a good experience. In order to replace my soffits, I have to replace the entire roof again and they literally ignored calls and emails. Ive sent multiple letters, my lawyers have sent multiple letters to no avail. I would not recommend using this company under any circumstance.
