EDIT: I just wanted to edit this based on the response below. When I went to this shop the first time associated told me that they “actually did a lot of fine art prints” so it was never communicated to me that their machines weren’t right for it. I did ask for a sample because I told them I was worried, and my samples came out good but the other prints didn’t. Again — I’m really not upset that the machines couldn’t do it, I understand there are limitations. It was just that I tried to be polite and let them know I was worried about quality, and I just wish they were better at communicating the limitations or that they noticed the issues instead of me having to. If the communication was better I wouldn’t have left the review. Original: I went in this business four times, and each time I remember feeling as if the people working there really wanted me to leave. I got some art prints done here, and over half of my order was really poor quality. When I brought it back in to see what they could do, they got really defensive about it all. I said multiple times that I understood if the machine couldn’t pick up the colour, but I really wished someone had noticed and given me a call that it wasn’t going to work so I could have saved my time and money. The lady in there kept arguing about how nobody noticed. I wasn’t even going to post this review because they gave me my money back but now I’m trying to package the other prints I had done, and there’s another one that’s very poor quality (where my painting was definitely not the issue) and another that they copied 50 times with a HAIR stuck to it, so there’s a hair in my print AND the colour is poor quality. But I don’t want to bring them back in because of how rude the staff was to me, so I’m out $100 for art prints that I can’t sell.

Great business; Affordable prices, good quality prints and a very helpful staff. Have visited them for printing posters, flyers business cards, and regular b&w text prints. I've never been disappointed.

This place has a lots of different options and facilities. However it is very much expensive compared to the other places in big cities around However there's no other options for the people living in this small town. It has only three places to get done the printing works They have to go to the high price tags and the owners of these shop also have issues with high cost and lack of professional staff.
