It takes a while to get an appointment scheduled (about two months out each time), but it’s worth it and prices are reasonable, especially if you work for Illinois government and use the dental insurance provided. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the dentist I’ve had all three times is communicative, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. Wait times are not long, and the services provided do not take a prolonged period of time. I haven’t had to spend more than an hour inside, including the wait time and the procedure, and the services are not done hastily, as the densities ensures that you are happy with the results each time and will make adjustments before discharging you. I drive over an hour to this location, and it’s proven to be worth the drive each time.

Must go to facility! Amazing. Can't say enough good things about this facility. They are very busy, but they care very much about their patients. Went there for multiple teeth extractions. Absolutely no judgment about the way my teeth looked. Made sure I was comfortable and calm before they did anything. Apologized when it did hurt. They made a terrifying experience, more tolerable. I was very nervous going in. But the whole staff made me feel safe. The dentist himself, quick and efficient. Excellent work. Will recommend him to everyone.

The dentist was rude to me lied about trying to give my son filling when he didn't. Refused to fill my sons teeth and referred me to Chicago to a place with a two year waiting list. We luckily found another dentist that would help us where you don't have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to be seen. We had to pay out of pocket for the other dentist but it's really almost worth it to not use insurance only to have crappy dentist that take it. When I went to check out I mentioned I wasn't sure if I wanted my other son to see this dentist because of how rude he was and I was met with more rudeness from the front desk. It also feels dirty and unprofessional in the office there. Stained chairs and an odor that doesn't make it feel very sanitary. Please enter at your own risk.
