We rented a storage unit at the new Gibson St. location while moving houses and now we happily recommend Access Storage to everyone! Josée took care of our account and was very friendly and helpful; always quick to respond to our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The building is new and the units and hallways are VERY clean. We had 24-hour access to our belongings and the video cameras helped us feel that everything was secure. Dollies were available whenever we needed them. Moving involves a lot of stress, but the storage unit made things so much easier!

I needed a storage unit on short notice so I called 3 local storage units and left a message with my phone number but after waiting 2 days no one called me back! Disappointed, I called Access and Josee picked at once. She gave me complete answers to all my questions and invited me to come and visit, view some units, and see if the spaces and price range met my needs. I went to their location immediately and was completely satisfied. Clean, fresh, secure units and very affordable. I even bought my lock and josee s team showed me how it works. Easy access right off the main highway, 24/7 access, washroom available. Excellent service. Really, this company is stellar and the employees are ready and willing to help.
