I wanted a good smart phone that did the basics and I got it! Jr recommended one that ticked all the boxes! He provided excellent customer service. My mail was tampered with and it was opean on the counter where in it should of remained in the package. The girl said it was like that but that is the oldest excuse in the book. I would not suggest anyone to send your mail there unless you want it tampered or missing.
Did you get place to pick up your items that you have gotten and they do understand and help you out what you need very good service
I ended up not getting anything, and leaving but the gal behind the counter greeted me as soon as I walked in. And even in the middle helping someone came out the door to tell us to have a good day (:
Always so slow. The girl that works there is so damn rude and let someone come in from BEHIND us come up first. Obviously this company doesn't work on a first come first serve basis. Ho to Metro PCS on Broadway 👏
