they should change their sign to say “DEQ two” since they charge twice the amount as the official DEQ in “technology fees” and don’t bother to tell you that they’re going to charge you more until after they’ve “already ran the test” and it’s too late to back out. the communication was awful and the entire thing felt very shady. i ended up having to call a different jiffy lube location to even understand what happened with my car, and even the guy on the phone said it sounds like this location communicated very poorly what was happening. i will never be back to jiffy lube, it’s a complete scam every time i go. not to mention it’s by far the most expensive oil change in town. just go to DEQ and save yourself the trouble.

Kaleb (Manager), Keith (Hood Tech) and Josh, very responsive and polite. They made sure that we knew all that was going on with our vehicle while also offering a list of opportunities to correct them in their shop. I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for sometime and it’s almost like a family atmosphere between their crew. On top of the atmosphere and the friendly environment, they are very quick and professional about their work and they take pride in the services that they do. To anyone who is in the Beaverton area. I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube if you need excellent, friendly, and professional service for your vehicle.

Make sure they take your coupon before paying. I told the attendant that before service that I had a coupon, he didnt look at it. They again when he asked me for payment I reminded him that i had a coupon. Again he never looked at my coupon, just that he would get it added. I reluctantly gave him my credit card and of course the coupon he applied was less than the coupon that I had. When I asked about it he said they didn't take that coupon and brushed it off. Maybe nexttime try the customers coupon before you run their card. And it took 30 minutes for maybe 5 minutes of work that's after I was parked in the bay.
