An unexpected breakdown resulted in a tow to Accurate Auto -- a shop I had no history with. Ryan in the front office was very helpful and accommodating of a "drop in" customer. They discovered the problem and fixed it quickly at a reasonable price. Good communication, too! I definitely will consider Accurate Auto for future repair needs. Thanks, all!
Where do I start..... Accurate Auto is everything professional and none of that uneasy feeling. They hold the honesty award in my book. Not long ago I got to experience integrity from the top down. I know I'm not easy to deal with, I have a temper and react to situations instead of respond appropriately. From the manager to the owner to the mechanic these guys were able to show me what it was that needed fixing. Of course I knew better, wow I was dumb. I should have listened and what they said would happen, happened almost lost my entire ride. I've had to go in with my head down apologizing. I'd rather lose some ego and pride then search for another team as good. Highly recommend these guys for your needs. Just now able to get back up on the road, if I have a need I know where I'm going!!!
