Great experience both times! I came early, got a door right away, loading was quick, and the staff was friendly. They also have overnight parking. One of the best pickup spots I’ve been to — this was my second time here!

Got loaded for 2 Walmart deliveries... Louisiana ( 6 pallets )... then Texas ( 8 pallets ) Every pallets was tall .. They didn't use cargo airbags for the gap between pallets. So few pallets needs to be Re-stacked (( and paid $386 for Re work )) Also ... they mixed 1 Louisiana Pallet (( at nose / Texas )) .. so they took 5 out of 6 .. After deliver in Texas have to come back to Louisiana for that missed one . (( need a new appointment... and P.O # )) Wich means wasting days and miles back and forth...

They put me in a door at 0700. They said they were waiting to hear from the customer about the "production dates" before they could unload me burning they didnt hear from them by 1030 they would go ahead and unload the trl anyways. That didnt happen. At 1130 they started unloading 1 pallet every 15 min. Didnt finish until 1330. Ridiculous! Maybe it was just me because other guys were coming and going with no issues. What a waste of time. 6 1/2 hours to unload!!!
