Great experience both times! I came early, got a door right away, loading was quick, and the staff was friendly. They also have overnight parking. One of the best pickup spots I’ve been to — this was my second time here!

Got loaded for 2 Walmart deliveries... Louisiana ( 6 pallets )... then Texas ( 8 pallets ) Every pallets was tall .. They didn't use cargo airbags for the gap between pallets. So few pallets needs to be Re-stacked (( and paid $386 for Re work )) Also ... they mixed 1 Louisiana Pallet (( at nose / Texas )) .. so they took 5 out of 6 .. After deliver in Texas have to come back to Louisiana for that missed one . (( need a new appointment... and P.O # )) Wich means wasting days and miles back and forth...

They put me in a door at 0700. They said they were waiting to hear from the customer about the "production dates" before they could unload me burning they didnt hear from them by 1030 they would go ahead and unload the trl anyways. That didnt happen. At 1130 they started unloading 1 pallet every 15 min. Didnt finish until 1330. Ridiculous! Maybe it was just me because other guys were coming and going with no issues. What a waste of time. 6 1/2 hours to unload!!!

No complaints here it's a great place to pick up my appointment time was at 4:00 p.m. I arrived at 7:00 in the morning and they did their best to get me in which I do appreciate the young lady with green hair behind the counter her name is Sam, she was excellent, knowledgeable and very helpful with orienting me to the rules and regulations of the facility and how drivers please don't mess this up you get free coffee you have a clean washroom and a vending machine let's take care of this place so that we can be taken care of in return. Oh and watch out for that first tight turn and don't scrape your trailer!
