I am disappointed with the work completed by this provider. While I did not hire them for any work personally, my neighbor, with whom I share a privacy wall, hired them to stain their deck. My deck had been professionally stained by a contractor a month prior and Ace Handyman made an absolute mess of my property. They got bright red stain all over my side of the wall and even splatter on my grill cover. A professional painter or contractor should take measures to protect the opposing side of the wall and surrounding surfaces. While the handyman did knock on my door a week later to fix this, the fix was mediocre at best. The customer service and acknowledgement was very poor. There was no apology, no follow up to state the fix was complete or to see if I was satisfied. As a result of the poor handling of this project, I will not seek out this company for any future needs of my own. Edited: Even the below "response from owner" indicates they have no idea what the workers are doing. My review clearly states the fix was mediocre, I did not say it was incomplete. I said the work as a whole on this project was sloppy, disrespectful of adjacent property and poorly acknowledged after the fact. It should never have even happened if the person was skilled and professional. Yes, mistakes do happen but this person, who did not even introduce himself, was not professional enough to acknowledge this. I paid a contractor to do this work well in May and a "handyman" with a brush too large for the task will not restore my wall to it's prior state.

We were very happy with our recent project done by Matt from Ace Handyman Services. From the estimate to the finish product, he was very professional and answered all our questions. We had some railings added to our front stoop and his knowledge and expertise really helped us to make a good decision on materials etc. The whole project was done in under two hours. We will definitely call upon him for any future jobs.
