My project was to replace four bedroom doors and install a railing in my stairway. The total cost between labor and materials was just under 2K. Here were some of the results: Photo 1: punched unnecessary holes in the wall, didn’t fix. Photo 2: Railing is unsanded, unstained, and doesn’t line up Photo 3: Strike plate hangs over by half an inch Photo 4: No strike plate Photo 5: No strike plate and didn’t fill prior holes Photo 6: Jagged edge on top of door Photo 7: Jagged edge cut around hinge Photo 8: Old hardware installed on new door I will give him that he showed up when he said he was going to show up.

Hired Ace and Max was quick to come and estimate the time and cost of several projects. He also helped me with materials to purchase for new suspended ceiling and measurements for new storm door. Fair pricing on labor and they will pick up the purchases on our scheduled remodel day! Will update this review when the work is complete, but so far, prompt, professional, helpful and fair pricing!
