I’ve been meaning to post a review for the trouble and disappointment my husband and I experienced last year. To make a long story short, we hired Jason for 3 jobs in our bathroom. 1) install an inset toilet paper holder, 2) install a shower door, 3) install a medicine cabinet. He installed the toilet paper holder with no problem, the shower door he attempted to install but said the edge of the tub slanted down and he was unable, the medicine cabinet he ghosted us for. After contacting kholer about the tub/shower door issue they assured me ALL tubs have a slight slant for water drainage. Honestly whatever, didn’t really care about that. The problem was after 3 reschedules to install our medicine cabinet he then completely ghosted us. My husband and I attempted to call, text and leave voicemails in an effort to communicate with Jason. We received no response. At that point we would have been totally fine if he had leveled with us saying he was really busy and didn’t have time for the project, would completely understand. We paid Jason a $200 deposit in addition to paying outright for the toilet paper holder install. So we then had to file fraud with our credit card company for the deposit back. We really liked Jason when we interacted with him, he is super friendly and seems to have a lot of experience. It’s disappointing because we’re initially excited to have found him, after meeting him. I actually told my husband I was happy we found a good guy to use for things around the house. Unfortunately he really fell through for us. IN RESPONSE: I would never not pay you for services completed. We paid you outright for the toilet paper holder. The deposit we requested back was for the mirror which not done. Everything else is not worth arguing about.

J&J did a great job at a fair price. Good quality and craftsmanship. I had a staircase reconstruction, several wall mounted TVS, toilets installed, and furniture assembly.

Awesome! Jason does great work, and is fast & reliable. Jason called me the morning after I submitted a request on his site & was out that afternoon. We quickly chatted about how I needed a piece of siding replaced on my home (near roof, 25' up.....beyond my or my 6' ladder's capabilities). Jason was right on time to when he said he would arrive. I sprung on him that while he was up there, how I would like the trim painted as well. He did a great job on both and was very quick. (Did both in < an hour!) I did a large project 2 years ago (4 porch pillars replaced by one of the larger exterior outfits) and wish I would have known Jason then, as I am 100% sure he would have done a better job at half the price! I will be a repeat customer, no question.

I needed exterior work done on my home so I phone J&J Professional Handyman Services. I spoke with Jennifer and she was courteous and demonstrated professionalism which is important to me because you don't get a second chance to make a first impression. Initially I had a small piece of my home siding repaired. Jason did such an awesome job and I was so impressed by his quality of work that I called the company a second time for exterior wood replacement on my home a week later. Just as before I was very pleased with the service that was provided. Jason was courteous, punctual , efficient , his work was of the utmost quality and he demonstrated professionalism. I would definitely use their services again and I highly recommend them to others.
