I recently purchased a reconditioned Husqvarna leaf blower from Northern Tool, despite some hesitation that the deal might be too good to be true. Delivery was prompt, packaging was secure, and assembly was straightforward. I followed all instructions carefully, even going out of my way to purchase the pre-mixed Husqvarna fuel recommended for the unit. Unfortunately, the blower has not started once. Despite multiple attempts and thorough troubleshooting, it simply will not run. After doing some research, I was disappointed to learn that this is a common issue with this model—clearly not an isolated case. When I reached out to Northern Tool to request an exchange, I was told that because the unit had been fueled, it could no longer be returned. I was referred to Husqvarna and given a phone number that only returns a busy signal—no response, no support. This entire experience has been frustrating. Not only has the product failed to work right out of the box, but neither the manufacturer nor the retailer has offered any meaningful assistance. I deeply regret this purchase. At this point, I won’t be buying another Husqvarna product—and if I ever do, it will only be through a retailer that actually stands behind what they sell. Unfortunately, this is likely the first and last purchase I’ll make from Northern Tool.
