Cannot say enough good things! Friendly, professional, competent. This industry is full of guys that sometimes you don't feel comfortable with at your home (stay at home mom with kids here!) and Ace was wonderful. I was impressed how fast they were able to diagnose the problem and then come back the next day to take care of it. Arrived on time too. Will call again.

Ace and Brian came highly recommended. Brian was on time and quickly ordered parts for our washer that wouldn't drain. After installing the drain pump the next day he told us that the motherboard would also need to be replaced. Brian said that would cost $800 more and he recommended we save that money towards a new washer because GE washers with these problems tend to repeat the problem often. Most repair techs would just take the money and not worry about the customers future finances. It's hard to build trust with a company in one interaction, today Ace and Brian made that happen. All I paid was a single service charge, which is more than fair for expert diagnosis and a solid recommendation. Brian, thank you sir. Integrity is a hard commodity to find these days. No need to think about who to call next time, I already know!
