Philip BoshierBought a new Golf from Cardiff Sinclair three months ago and someone scuffed the bumper and paintwork. I like to try and keep repairs, work and servicing etc within the Sinclair Group because in the past I have been very pleased with the work and customer service of Sinclair Audi. I was really pleased that my first experience with VW Sinclair for repairs was the same. My damage was looked at and the person explained that whilst not all of it would buff out quite a bit would. As I had bought my car from VW Cardiff the person was quite happy to take the car and buff the bumper and paintwork which thankfully removed all the marks from the panel and most of the bumper marks. He also provided me with a written quote to complete the job which was not unreasonable. I have every confidence that when I come back the work will be done to the same high standards as Sinclair Audi. I will update my review when I get this done. Very pleased to see loyalty to the group reflected in the friendly and helpful customer service vindicating my decision to drive to Newport from Cardiff rather than use the non-Sinclair VW approved repair centre in Cardiff.
