Their DS-160 assistance was barely helpful, with no proper guidance or verification. Interview preparation was just a formality—generic advice with no real strategy. It felt like they were more interested in collecting fees than ensuring a successful visa outcome. Surprisingly, they have so many 5-star reviews, and I honestly don’t understand why. I, too, trusted them based on those ratings, but it turned out to be a mistake. Many people are falling into this trap, just like I did.
