We needed to replace our Rear vented gas fire for a ventless gas fire, they had a fantastic selection at various price points. The gentleman at this store was in the same scheduling conflict. But he gave me some very simple trouble shooting advice. Needless to say that advice was spot on and saved me a service call and got my backup source of heat working again. To put the customer ahead of making money is a sign of a good business.
