I made arrangements with Across Town Courier to send two different a gift packages anonymously to two different locations. When the two parties who rec'd the gifts asked who sent them, Across Town Courier gave them all of my information. They broke our agreement. When I asked them about it they blew me off. I will never use this courier again and recommend others to avoid them as well.

No complaints here... easy & fast service. Their price was what was appealing to me and I wasn't disappointed with the Florida courier service. I wanted to give 4 1/2 stars because I always feel there's room for improvement :)
