Friendly service yes but they don't know what they're doing. They put the wrong seal on my door and they basically gave up on doing things to my truck. They say they don't know how to get the parts. After putting my seal on which was not put on the right way I was told there was nothing else they could do. So since they couldn't even put the wrong seal on properly I assume they don't know what they're doing. I feel like they put the seal on and said good enough. It looks like crap very disappointed with the work. It also took over a year to get the wrong seal. No one ever got back to me when I would call and ask about parts

Matt is absolutely the best! Very courteous, friendly, and super knowledgeable! Definitely recommend this shop.... Worth the drive to Moncton (I prefer them over the Dartmouth location!)

First and last time in this store. Waited at the service desk and watched as two people who entered the store after me were called up to the desk and served while I stood there being ignored. Staff to blame as well as ignorant people who knew they were not “next” gleefully proceed to the desk…. Welcome to Moncton. I Left after the second person who had literally just walked in was called up. Will order what I came in for from Amazon now and in the future.
