Don’t fall for the false advertising. You will end up paying and the job won’t be satisfactory. Very disrespectful company the only one that was half decent was Lorana on the phone services. Patrick the first technician in this MLM scheme quoted so high that Ricardo the next level asked, “how did you fall for this his haircut?!" Meaning even their own employees think they rip people off. When Patrick called Ricardo he answered the phone by saying what you got for me? Meaning he knew he was trying to pull a big fish. This company preys on desperation. I was promised that the drain would drain and it didn’t. They, to no avail, tried to get the mainline unclogged. They didn’t have the right equipment. They then started boosting up the price one after another until they wanted $8,000. I was already $639.09 deep. I called one of their competitors after which came out and did the work for half the price and it is fixed. I called four times the next day to get a refund because I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the ethics and work they performed. The manager was too busy until the afternoon to talk with me. Jake he was very rude and obnoxious on the phone saying he would never refund my money even though it wasn’t done. Photos are how they left the work. They didn’t seal anything up so no job was not completed.
