I started at Action Potential but because of insurance reasons I had to go elsewhere. However, in the time I was there my experience exceeded my expectations. Kat is amazing and truly wants you to return to function. She worked me just enough but not overdoing it and listened if I had concerns. She also gave me the proper home work to help my rehabilitation. Chelsea at the front is just the most pleasurable human being. The back office staff also helped resolve my insurance woes so cheers to them! I would 1000% recommend this place to others.

My husband started seeing Nate back in November due to a back injury. Nate and Phil facilitated him getting to a neurosurgeon who operated on him right away. We greatly appreciated everything they did. Mean tine I had an ankle arthroscope that turned in to a repair as well. I was non weight bearing for about 7 weeks. I was sent to another PT office and ended up stopping due to my provider recommendation. Fast forward several months and I am still limping and my provider recommended I go back to PT. I decided to go see Nate as he had taken such great care of my husband. Thanks to Nate’s help and persistence in manipulating and stretching my foot I am now walking pretty normal and have very little to no pain. I appreciate you Nate. Also a shout out to the front office girls who were always a great help with scheduling my appointments and working around my schedule. You guys are the best!

Sarah Bassett did phenomenal work on my left hip and knee. She is careful, caring, asks the right questions and listens well. I highly recommend her to anyone as a person who can help you get back to pain free normal activity.

Everyone from the front desk to my therapist have been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They listen to what I tell them and make adjustments to my therapy as needed. I am very happy with the progress I have made to this point and look forward to my recovery.
